    We stayed for a weekend but would’ve happily stayed longer. The place was a lovely place to stay. Spacious, and light with quality appliances and well equipped with everything you need. The hosts were friendly and even though we arrived some 3/4 hours early, we’re happy for us to leave our luggage and then have the place ready for us in the next hour. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

    This was a rather large three bedroom, two bath ground floor loft. Other than the bedrooms and bathrooms the rest of the unit consisted of one large room as per loft living. This worked out really well. There was also a small patio that we did not use due to the cooler weather Kitchen is well equipped and has all the needed items; dishwasher tablets, coffee filters, etc. . The entire complex is accessed through a car sized door from the street. It opens into a courtyard which means even though you are in the inner city you do not heard any of the sounds of the city. The one parking space provided was secure and in the courtyard. It should be noted that you will need a operating cell phone to do the check in although I am sure alternate arrangements could be made if you do not have a cell phone. All in all an excellent experience. Although we were three couples who are all retired the unit would work very well for an extended family with children as the courtyard is secure and out of traffic and there were even some toys provided. The unit is all on one floor and would most likely be wheelchair accessible.

    Wir waren 4 Tage mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern im August zum Sightseeing in der Stadt. Wir waren begeistert von der ruhigen und doch zentralen Lage. Mit dem Bus waren wir im Handumdrehen im Zentrum, morgens und abends saßen wir im Innenhof. Die Wohnung war top sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Sehr positiv auch der Parkplatz im Innenhof.Jederzeit gerne wieder.

    Wonderful place - 3 lovely bedrooms with super comfy beds, 2 good bathrooms with washing machine if needed and EXCELLENT open kitchen and living room area - really well equipped kitchen with lots of cutlery and crockery To allow cooling for a big group! Cosy and warm even at minus degrees outside and the people let us stay longer and check out late as our plane was cancelled and we had to take a later one - will come back !! Thanks so much !!!

    Die Wohnung haben wir wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos gezeigt vorgefunden. Toll, was man aus einem Pferdestall machen kann!!! :o) Die Wohnung liegt in einem absolut ruhigem, schön gestaltetem Hinterhof im Stadtteil Moabit. Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Morgens und abends saßen wir gemütlich auf der kleinen Terrasse, direkt neben unserem PKW-Stellplatz. In der nächsten Seitenstraße ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Bushaltestellen verschiedener Buslinien in die Innenstadt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit Fahrrädern konnten wir von der Wohnung aus die Stadt erkunden. Der Mauerweg ist nicht weit weg, Radwege sind relativ gut ausgebaut. Ein paar gute Restaurants sind in der Nähe und zu Fuß bzw. mit dem Rad gut erreichbar. Wir danken ganz herzlich.

    Kurz und Knapp, wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüsst, die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, ordentlich und aufgeräumt und sauber. Die kleinste bei uns hat sich sehr über das zusätzliche Dreirad gefreut, danke nochmal! Zur Lage, hier gibt es kaum besseres, in einem Hinterhof, sehr ruhig. Direkt im Umfeld alles was man so braucht, Lidl, Edeka, Bäckereien. Innerhalb von ein paar Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Danke für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder!

    Highly recommend this property! The management team was excellent, and accommodated our request for a self-checkin due a later flight into Berlin. The apartment is about a 15 min walk to public transit, was spacious, clean, and would definitely stay there again.

    A lovely spacious place to stay, lots of utensils and amenities to use, beds were comfy. Even though it was cold and snowy outside the stables were always lovely and warm. We were never cold. Hosts were very responsive & helpful to any questions. We had a late flight on departure day so we able to go out for the day and return to collect our cases easily from the storage room. The stables are minutes away from 2 bus routes which can easily take you to other bus/ S barn and U bahn stations so you can explore the whole city easily. We were even able to travel from and to the airport easily using public transport. Supermarkets were walkable/ 1 stop away (Edeka/ Lidl) so easy to buy food if you wished to cook during your stay. We had a great 5 day stay and the stables were certainly part of making it so enjoyable.

    This is a superb apartment, with everything that you could possibly want in it. It really is just like a home. Plus it’s then got super stylish furniture and fittings and you can chalk on the walls - fairly symbolic in Berlin! The three beds are super comfortable and the open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen are perfect for a group to be together. Really lovely apartment. Babett was great at responding to all our questions. Area is very quiet and it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest Ubahn but lovely restaurants nearby. We would certainly like to stay here again.

    El Stable Ground loft es un departamento grande, cómodo y con mucho estilo. Perfecto para una familia de 5 o 6, tiene grandes espacios, cocina full equipada y todas las comodidades para relajarse después de recorrer Berlín. Nos encantó estar en un barrio donde pudimos sentirnos como locales, pero con muy buena conectividad para llegar a todas partes. Volvería de todas formas, además de su excelente relación precio/calidad, muy buena comunicación con los anfitriones.

El barrio es tranquilo pero con facilidades para comprar y con excelente conectividad por metro y bus. Feliz volvería a alojar nuevamente aquí!

    We loved our stay at this spacious oasis! Walking to the front door and opening it up to the garden courtyard is a fun experience. You go from the busy city into a beautiful space! The home itself was very clean and had every amenity we could think of. It was a beautiful and huge space with comfy beds and a wonderful relaxing feeling. You could hop on a bus and be anywhere in Berlin in 15 minute. It was just what we were looking for. Try the take out pizza place called Happy Slice. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

    Nice, comfortable og spacious place in cosy neighborhood. The apartment was ideal for our family, 2 adults and 3 children. Spacious and well equipped. Our children loved the toys. We was delayed upon arrival, but Stephan was helpful and flexible regarding check in. When we forgot a phone they were again helpful and flexible. The area was great. Lots of small playgrounds, coffee bars and easy access to transportation. We would love to come back

    We had a wonderful stay at Babett’s home! It was huge with plenty of beds for all of us. We loved the big windows and the beautiful courtyard. It was a lovely respite from the busyness of the city. We loved all the amenities and the thoughtful extras like tin foil and Saran Wrap and access to a broom so I can clean up my kids messes. My family of six had a very good time here and we would return next time we are in Berlin. Also, try the take away pizza right down the street at Overslize, it was so good and reasonably priced.

    Die Unterkunft hat voll dem entsprochen was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Super ausgestattet und schick gestaltet und alles was man braucht vorhanden :-) Die Lage im Hinterhof ist wirklich hervorragend, da der Straßenlärm einfach verschwunden war und man sich nicht wie in Mitten Berlin vorkam. Vielen Dank für alles und wir kommen gerne wieder.

    Beautiful spacious loft, nice interior design and enough privacy when staying with a family or group. The late check-in was easy with the key safe, and even though we didn’t have any contact with the host during our stay, we felt like we could get in touch if needed. The area is a bit more quiet compared to the east, which is where we’d usually stay, but there are some very nice bars and a few restaurants around. It felt good to return to the loft after a long day sightseeing in the city :)

Er was zelf al koffie aanwezig toen we aankwamen. Supermarkt op loop afstand en de bus stopt praktisch voor de deur. Echt een aanrader !!!

    So let me start with saying this is a great place. Absolute beautiful from the outside and inside. I liked the green plants growing against the building. It's a big and clean place, we got a place for 2 cars. There's 3 bedrooms and when the door is closed you hear almost nothing from what happens in the loft. Good for sleeping. Everything was there when talking about toiletpaper, tablets for the washing machine, coffee with pads and a big refrigerator. The cooking station also worked great with good pans to cook with. Oven for breakfast to top it off. If there's one thing that maybe needs a replacement some time in the future it would be the couch but really; I am just saying this cause some people think a review can't only be positive. It is the only thing I could come up with ;-). Absolute worth the money, 10/10 would come again.

    You won't regret staying here. The apartment is beautiful and really comfortable. It is probably the best equipped apartment we've stayed in. Its close to public transport and has supermarkets and restaurants close by. The staff were so helpful and the host very responsive. We'll be back!

    We loved this apartment. It is so spacious, tastefully decorated and they have thought of everything. There's even a laptop to use if you need one. The kitchen is very well equipped and both bathrooms are lovely. The host was very helpful and let us leave our luggage early and also on our final day. Although the neighbourhood is nothing special there are supermarkets close by and a few restaurants to choose from. Public transport is easy enough and no noise from the street. We would definitely stay again.

    Absolutely stunning apartment that perfecltly matched the description. Everything spotlessly clean and of a very high standards with all of the facilities and equipment you would ever need. Arrived early, soaking wet through and the host was more than happy to let us in early which was such a relief. Really friendly and helpful staff on check in and check out and the offer to leave luggage securely both on arrival and departure was a real help to enjoy the stay. Great base for Berlin with amenities and transport easily accessable. Could not recommend more highly!

We found the nearby metro best for getting around only a few stops to the zoo and one line all the way to the botanical gardens for the Christmas in the Park. Thanks for a lovely visit.

It included everything as described and we were welcomed very nicely at the flat, and the communication throughout was helpful and forthcoming.     El Horse Stable es un alojamiento muy comodo y bien equipado. Las camas son cómodas y la calefacción muy eficaz. La cocina está muy bien equipada y el loft esta decorado con buen gusto. El proceso de check-in fue muy correcto y recibimos toda la información necesaria del entorno. Aunque las comunicaciones podrían ser mejorables, existen dos lineas de bus a escasos 200 metros del alojamiento, que facilitan la mobilidad por la ciudad. Sin duda no nos importaria repetir la experiencia.

The place never got hot (we pulled down the shades) which was really nice during the heat wave. They also had a washing machine and an espresso maker which was very convenient. It was very easy to communicate to have access to the unit.

    Wir waren 8 Personen und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt im EG in einem Innenhof und es ganz einfach zu erreichen. Wenn man reinkommt wird man erst mal auf einer Tafel begrüßt, das ist schon mal sehr aufmerksam. Als erstes fällt das Wohnzimmer auf, es ist sehr sehr großzügig geschnitten, was für uns 8 Personen ziemlich perfekt ist. Die 3 Schlafzimmer als auch die beiden Bäder sind für diese Personenanzahl ausreichend. Vor allem auch die Möglichkeit bei schönem Wetter draußen den Tisch und die Stühle zu nutzen war besonders angenehm. Wir können an der Stelle nichts negatives berichten, es war ein großartiger Aufenthalt. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Gut erreichbar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und nur eine halbe Stunde Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Nextbike-App (Fahrrad) und Tierapp (Schritt) waren nützlich, um Fahrräder und Roller zu mieten. Lidl ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Persönlicher Empfang mit klaren Erklärungen. Empfohlen!

    Overall we had a good stay, it was a great space, as good as the photos, comfortable, warm, quiet, clean, modern bathrooms with good showers. Fridge ice and water not working, dishwasher seen better days, would have been helpful to have some soap provided as only staying 3 nights and thought 4 single duvets for 3 double beds a bit odd. Location was ok, but didn’t find anywhere local to eat apart from the Arminius markethall. Quite a way from the main centre so a long walk or public transport. Communication and check-in and out was very good and we were able to check-in early.

    Place is exactly as stated in the listing. Very spacious and homely. Nice little terrace to sit outside. Bicycles for rent on the premise, so we were out to have lunch in the Tiergarden immediately. Our adult kids loved they could have some privacy, or lay stretched out in the salon.I can imagine it also a perfect stay with smaller children for them to run around and play without being bothered about downstairs neighbours. Sufficient groceries close by and some lovely restaurants.

    We were a group of 7 and its been a wonderful get-together at The Horse Stable. It offers plenty of room, as well as 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, which was excellent for our needs. We had it always warm and cosy, despite a few chilly winter days in Berlin. Its not far to a near supermarket, there are various options in the neighbourhood as well as restaurants. Try the historic market hall. :) We were able to walk to Tiergarten and Siegessaeule in no time, but there is also a great public transport system nearby. (U-Bahn, Bus, S-Bahn, train) (BUS123 vom Berlin Main Train Station 1.70Eur - stop is 300m from the appartment) Highly Recommended!!!!

You can sit outside and hear almost nothing from the street, very peaceful. The central station and a supermarket are nearby so all in all a great place to stay when you are in Berlin.

    What a wonder and interesting apartment. We needed a place that could accommodate six and the apartment is huge. So nice to have two separate full bathrooms, lots of natural light and outdoor seating space. Check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. Would highly recommend this apartment for both families and groups of people. Only downside is that the part of town was not that interesting but there was a bus stop, U & S Bahn stops nearby making it easy to travel to anyone around central Berlin.

Tiene dos baños muy amplios uno con ducha y el otro bañera. Muy cerca del transporte público y se tarda poco al centro. Bares y restaurantes al lado y un supermercado pequeño pero completo en la siguiente manzana. Estuvimos cenando en un restaurante italiano en la misma manzana al llegar a la esquina (todo muy rico y bien de precio), muy recomendable. La casa da a un patio de vecinos muy tranquilo aunque no lo pudimos aprovechar ya que nos llovió un poquito. La atención muy buena y rápida la respuesta ya fuese por email o teléfono. Una estancia inolvidable.

Erg rustige plek, je zou van binnen en in de tuin/binnenplaats niet kunnen bedenken dat je aan een drukkere straat zit. Supermarkt, bakker en openbaar vervoer binnen 5 minuten loopafstand. Het was netjes en schoon, en prima tips gehad. Ook het fietsverhuur is erg in de smaak gevallen. Als je naar Berlijn wil is dit een ideale locatie!

House was very clean and comfortable It’s a very quiet location and no outside noise from the main road on other side of the courtyard could be heard. There are few bars in the area and they are very local! Plenty coffee shops in the area, supermarkets are close by. We used Uber’s to visit most places and looking at about 12 euros, U and S Bahn stations are a short walk away which we also used.

Die Lage im Innenhof ist sehr ruhig, allerdings auch ein paar Gehminuten von der nächsten U-Bahn entfernt (Taxi/Uber kosten aber auch nicht alle Welt). Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Die Abwicklung war einwandfrei und der Empfang hat super geklappt.

There is a big American fridge in the well equipped kitchen that makes ice cubes. We liked that very much! Main bathroom is perfect as well, beautifully styled, very comfortable. Supermarkets near, the biggest one about 600 meters. We will surely return to the apartment when we visit Berlin again. There is really nothing that needs improvement. Top!!

Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man benötigt, es war sehr sauber, sehr großzügig und mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kommt man schnell von A nach B. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder dort buchen. Babett hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit.

    I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was exactly as it looked like in the pictures. The main area was so spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The couches were very comfortable and were setup to be a very nice relaxing area for your friends to be together. The bedrooms could be a little bit bigger, but still had enough space for me even with the double beds. Another thing I will say was that the apartment was lovely and warm at all times. We stayed at the start of March and it was pretty cold outside, but all the radiators in the apartment kept the place nice and toasty. Outside the apartment, there is not much happening. The area is quiet. There is a cool "gaming" bar right beside the apartment which is handy if you want a few local drinks. There is also a supermarket just 3 minutes walk up the road. There is a subway station ~10 minutes walk away which is ideal, as you can get pretty much anywhere around the city from here. TIP: The subway stations have free WiFi so if you aren't sure where you are going, just get the the station and check online. This apartment was perfect for the 6 of us (3 young couples) and would definitely return here :)

    Wir waren 7 Personen in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt. Bei unseren Gastgebern hätten wir uns jederzeit melden können wenn wir etwas benötigt hätten. Die Lage ist seht gut, der Hauptbahhof ist nicht weit entfernt. Sehr angenehm ist hier dass in der Wohnung sehr viel wie z.B. Gewüze, Kaffee usw. vorhanden ist und man ich nicht darum kümmern muss.

The apartment is located in the backyard of a larger building, making it a quiet and peaceful place. It's situated in an old factory brick-stone building which has been adapted to modern standards. Several supermarkets and small shops can be found in the area. A bus stop is right across the street, ubahn (subway) and sbahn (rapid transit) are a few minutes by foot. In case of an early arrival or late check-out, the helpful and friendly caretaker will let you leave your luggage in an underground room (locked) All in all a great place to stay and a very convenient location! :-)

Non proprio centralissima ma con i mezzi pubblici (la fermata dell'autobus 123 si trova attraversando la strada) in pochi minuti si raggiunge la stazione centrale dove è possibile prendere sia la U-bahn che la S-bahn, altrimenti facendo una piccola passeggiata si può raggiungere una stazione della u-bahn. Non è stato difficile trovare supermercati nella zona (quello che fa angolo con la via della casa è aperto fino a tardi). È stato veramente un piacere soggiornare qui, ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa!

Our group of 4 felt very relaxed here and enjoyed cooking breakfast before our days out. There is a Lidl on the next street where we got our supplies on the first night. Thank you for allowing us to store our luggage as we had a late flight home, that meant we were able to enjoy our last day of exploring Berlin.

    Wonderful apartment, it is equipped well above standard, you will find everyting you need for a comfortable stay. It’s was perfectly clean at our arrival. It is very well located and give easy access to main attractions in Berlin. It is in a very charming courtyard far from street noise even if you are at 10 meters away of a main boulevard. We would return at this apartment any time, you get a great value for the money invested. Many thanks to Babett and her team, we had a terrific stay and enjoyed every minutes spend in exciting Berlin.

    The stables was a very well equipped and comfortable space. There was lots of room for the four of us and some very good local restaurants where the food was delicious and the prices extremely reasonable. It was easy to get around using public transport or on foot. Really easy to check in and out of the property. Nothing not too like about this experience. Thank you.

    Our group of 6 (two seniors and 4 adults aged 28-35) had a very lovely time. Check in was simple with a key safe and clear instructions given with a few days notice. We also were able to leave our luggage on our last day to allow us to continue exploring Berlin The kitchen had all utensils you could need, and the living area, bedrooms and bathrooms were as spacious as I've seen. Easy to get to the U-Bahn and there's restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10mins walking distance which is perfect. Only negatives would be the pillows are a bit soft (personal preference) and there was no shampoo or soap Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

    We had a great stay at the Stable Loft. Really well equipped, comfortable and clean. Wifi worked faultlessly. There's a nice little space for sitting outside (we were lucky to have good weather too). We've been to Berlin a few times before and it was nice to stay in a neighbourhood we hadn't visited before. Public transport links to the centre of the city are good (the bus to the Hauptbahnhof takes 5 minutes or so and runs frequently) but the local area is really pleasant to wander around too. Very highly recommended. Thank you!

    Really lovely place and such friendly and helpful caretakers / admin! Super quick response when I emailed and also we were allowed to stay longer on the day of departure as our flight was cancelled and we had to catch a later one! Despite living in the centre, the apartment is really quiet and nothing is heard from the traffic outside. Really cosy and warm, very comfy and everything present in the kitchen for cooking for a bigger group! There was coffee and filter paper ready for us as well as condiments, olive oil and vinegar - thanks so so much we will definitely come back!

    Positiv: Schöne Wohnung mit großem Wohnraum; Gut ausgestattet; Netter Vermieter, freundlich, hilfsbereit; Ein Grundausstattung wie Toilettenpapier, Spültabs, .. war vorhanden. Zum Ausladen durften auch 2 Fahrzeuge im Hof parken; Es wurden uns auch 2 Kinderbetten zur Verfügung gestellt. Negativ: Bei der Buchungsabwicklung wäre etwas mehr Feingefühl wünschenswert schön. Einer Anfrage bezüglich einer Verschiebung wurde zugestimmt, der Hinweis auf einen vorläufigen Verzicht von Stornierungsgebühren war aus meiner Sicht nicht passend, da zu dieser Zeit ein Beherbergungsverbot für private Übernachtungen in Berlin bestand. Ein Hinweis darüber war jedoch nicht erfolgt. Daß auch ein 1/2 jähriges Baby als zahlender Gast zählt, hat uns überrascht.

    Die Wohnung ist wunderbar geräumig und ruhig, es ist alles da, die Anbindung ist sehr gut (wir mochten den 123er :)) und die Ausgangslage für eine Radtour durch Berlin mit den geliehenen Rädern könnte besser nicht sein. Vom Ankommen bis zur Abfahrt ein rundum guter Service - Herzlichen Dank!

  258. Geräumiges ruhiges Loft in zentrumsnaher Lage

    Sehr schönes geräumiges Loft im Erdgeschoß. Das Gebäude liegt in einem netten Innenhof und ist daher sehr ruhig, absolut kein Verkehrslärm. Die Ausstattung ist angemessen (Ikea Style) und in gutem Zustand, alles ist sauber und gut in Ordnung gehalten. Die Parkplätze im Hof befinden sich vor dem Gebäude, die kleine Terrasse ist daher leider direkt neben den Autos, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Die Abwicklung der Buchung und des Aufenthaltes war einwandfrei. Die Lage ist zentrumsnah in Moabit. Zu Fuß bis zum Brandenburger Tor ca. 40 min, bis zum Schloss Bellevue 30 min. U-Bahn Birkenstraße ist in 5-10 min erreichbar, direkt bei der U-Bahn befindet sich ein großes Edeka E-Center, ein kleinere Edeka ist 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Alles in allem, eine gute Basis um Berlin zu erkunden!

    Beautiful old stable with old time charm and new decor. Great mix. We picked it because it was close to our son but enjoyed the loft. There is also outside table and chairs we played cards and drank there. Very nice!
