Im F-17 Apartment ist alles, aber wirklich alles vorhanden, was ein guter Haushalt benötigt;-). Es ist also gar keine Problem, sich auch bei scheußlichem Berlin Wetter drin wohl zu fühlen. Draußen der Sitzplatz auf der kleinen Terrasse ist dann bei Sonne sehr schön. Das Design der Wohnung ist super und die Geschichte des Hause hochinteressant (danke, dass dafür das Buch des Hauses Gutschow auslag). Einzig die Bettwäsche passte so gar nicht zur sonstigen Schönheit, dafür war die Decke aber überlang und das hat uns auch gut gefallen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Es un departamento muy moderno y elegante, con un diseño espectacular, buena calefacción y un equipamiento mejor que en casa. Tiene todo lo que necesitas cuando estás de viaje por varios días, comodo para 2 a 3 personas. Está ubicado a 3-4 cuadras del check-point Charlie, hay algunos restaurantes cerca y un supermercado.

We were extremely happy with our loft at Friedrichstr. 17 in Berlin. Much thought has been given to numerous aspects of the unit, such as the artwork, electrical fixtures, etc. It has a very 'funky' style and pleasing aesthetic. The quality of workmanship also shows. Although we didn't see it in the listing there is a little laundry machine and a drying rack. There was also coffee and tea available as well as a bag of candies to welcome us. The location is perfect as its close to the subway and to CheckPoint Charlie. We had agonized over what borough to stay at when we were in the city and I must say that were were not disappointed in our choice of Kreuzberg. There are many cafes and restaurants in the vicinity, and it is quite vibrant. Our host, Claudia was very responsive, so we had no problems getting access to the unit. She was also very understanding during the pandemic as we had to postpone our stay two years in a row. We'd like to return to Berlin. When we do we will be sure to rent from Berlin Lofts again!

We loved our stay here! We ended up extending and stayed even longer than we originally planned. Communication with the team was quick and efficient and Stephan was very accommodating when our plans kept changing. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need including spices, which was very nice. Location is super secure and quiet and close to lots of stuff. Would definitely stay here again.

This really is the perfect place to stay in the heart of Berlin. The appartement itself is absolutely fabulous in a great building, well equipped (the kitchen is great) and with nice details. Really a space where you just want to be forever! Nice beds, large cupboards and a comfortable bath room (just one small remark: the shower should be better). Free parking outside the door in this place of the city is unbelievable (if you find a spot..). We used the steps from Lime as our way of transportation which was great fun. The support and service from BerlinLofts just completes a truly great experience.

This flat was the perfect accommodation while staying in Berlin! It was so centrally located, just minutes from Checkpoint Charlie. It was a beautiful and stylish place, with nice and new appliances and spotless clean. We were very comfortable staying there. The check-in process was very easy and helpful.
