The name “Gesundbrunnen“ of this cosy small Studio is related to the Berlin S-Bahn station, one of the main public transport systems.
The apartment has a comfortable equipment: modern convection oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron, TV with DVD player, radio, hairdryer and a double bed 160 cm x 200 cm for sleeping. The apartment has a nice bathroom with bathtub and a well-equipped kitchen.The apartment has "no" parking place in the backyard, street parking is not for free.

The apartment is located in the North of the Tiergarten Park in the lively but not to crowdy part called "Stephankiez".

The next underground station (Birkenstrasse) and the next S-Bahn station (Westhafen) are about 700 meters away. Bus stops of the line 123 are about 300 meters from the apartment, which takes you in a few minutes to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). From there the political city centre with Reichstag building and Brandenburg Gate are easy to reach.

The Berlin administration requires a registration for overnight guests.

The booking was very professional and efficient. Very well equipped apartment, and labeled in the kitchen to keep the order. Cleaning stuff available and clean. The room had a good size and located in a quiet area. We rented bikes close by from Wallyard hostel. Friendly and helpful staff. We couldn't make the extractor hood work.

L’appartamento è confortevole, perfettamente accessoriato, ben posizionato (in pochi minuti si raggiunge il bus per la stazione centrale, punto di partenza per visitare la città). Self check-in semplice con precise indicazioni da parte dell’host. Lo consiglio vivamente a coppie in visita nella splendida Berlino!

We have stayed in the apartments many times. Everything is in order. Sufficient equipment with kitchen utensils, clean bathroom and living-bedroom. Also, communication with Berlin Lofts is very straightforward.

Hübsche kleine Wohnung. Sehr zentral gelegen und richtig gut ausgestattet. Dadurch, dass das Schlafzimmer in den Innenhof schaut, ist es auch sehr ruhig. Uns hat es super gut gefallen.

We had a wonderfull stay at Gesundebrunnen apartment, it is not big but has all you need for a perfect stay in Berlin. Only 20 min. walk from hauptbahnhof and if you want to take the bus it stops in front of the apartment. It is a busy street but because it is on a courtyard it is perfectly quiet. Grocery stores are nearby, for restaurants you have to go a little further.
