  1. Excellent stay for team business trip to Berlin

    Highly recommend this property! The management team was excellent, and accommodated our request for a self-checkin due a later flight into Berlin. The apartment is about a 15 min walk to public transit, was spacious, clean, and would definitely stay there again.

  4. Comfortable and spacious loft at convenient location

    We enjoyed our stay in the ground floor Stable Loft a lot. Location close to the Hbhf and other public transportation. But most of all we enjoyed the spacious en tidy place with every thinkable amenity in place. Would definitely recommend this place, is great for families.

  5. Great space for a large group

    Great space, rustic design. The place is very spacious and could fit up to 8 people. Sofa beds are available + 1 bed in each bedroom. The host communicated all details needed for check-in. The location is good, close to shops and the train station.

  6. Gran alojamiento, cómodo y moderno, en barrio tranquilo.

    El Stable Ground loft es un departamento grande, cómodo y con mucho estilo. Perfecto para una familia de 5 o 6, tiene grandes espacios, cocina full equipada y todas las comodidades para relajarse después de recorrer Berlín. Nos encantó estar en un barrio donde pudimos sentirnos como locales, pero con muy buena conectividad para llegar a todas partes. Volvería de todas formas, además de su excelente relación precio/calidad, muy buena comunicación con los anfitriones.

  7. Spacious oasis in the heart of the city

    We loved our stay at this spacious oasis! Walking to the front door and opening it up to the garden courtyard is a fun experience. You go from the busy city into a beautiful space! The home itself was very clean and had every amenity we could think of. It was a beautiful and huge space with comfy beds and a wonderful relaxing feeling. You could hop on a bus and be anywhere in Berlin in 15 minute. It was just what we were looking for. Try the take out pizza place called Happy Slice. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

  10. Amazing apartment

    You won't regret staying here. The apartment is beautiful and really comfortable. It is probably the best equipped apartment we've stayed in. Its close to public transport and has supermarkets and restaurants close by. The staff were so helpful and the host very responsive. We'll be back!

    We really loved the flat in Moabit/Mitte; It all felt rather high end, and I rarely had such a good night‘s sleep! Everything is super reachable as well with a bus stop right across the street.

  21. Lovely, spacious apartment

    We had a great stay at the Stable Loft. Really well equipped, comfortable and clean. Wifi worked faultlessly. There's a nice little space for sitting outside (we were lucky to have good weather too). We've been to Berlin a few times before and it was nice to stay in a neighbourhood we hadn't visited before. Public transport links to the centre of the city are good (the bus to the Hauptbahnhof takes 5 minutes or so and runs frequently) but the local area is really pleasant to wander around too. Very highly recommended. Thank you!

  23. super apartment with great amenities and all that is needed

    Really lovely place and such friendly and helpful caretakers / admin! Super quick response when I emailed and also we were allowed to stay longer on the day of departure as our flight was cancelled and we had to catch a later one! Despite living in the centre, the apartment is really quiet and nothing is heard from the traffic outside. Really cosy and warm, very comfy and everything present in the kitchen for cooking for a bigger group! There was coffee and filter paper ready for us as well as condiments, olive oil and vinegar - thanks so so much we will definitely come back!

  26. Licht und Schatten

    Positiv: Schöne Wohnung mit großem Wohnraum; Gut ausgestattet; Netter Vermieter, freundlich, hilfsbereit; Ein Grundausstattung wie Toilettenpapier, Spültabs, .. war vorhanden. Zum Ausladen durften auch 2 Fahrzeuge im Hof parken; Es wurden uns auch 2 Kinderbetten zur Verfügung gestellt. Negativ: Bei der Buchungsabwicklung wäre etwas mehr Feingefühl wünschenswert schön. Einer Anfrage bezüglich einer Verschiebung wurde zugestimmt, der Hinweis auf einen vorläufigen Verzicht von Stornierungsgebühren war aus meiner Sicht nicht passend, da zu dieser Zeit ein Beherbergungsverbot für private Übernachtungen in Berlin bestand. Ein Hinweis darüber war jedoch nicht erfolgt. Daß auch ein 1/2 jähriges Baby als zahlender Gast zählt, hat uns überrascht.

    Die Wohnung ist wunderbar geräumig und ruhig, es ist alles da, die Anbindung ist sehr gut (wir mochten den 123er :)) und die Ausgangslage für eine Radtour durch Berlin mit den geliehenen Rädern könnte besser nicht sein. Vom Ankommen bis zur Abfahrt ein rundum guter Service - Herzlichen Dank!

    Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen vor Ort.Alles Sehr ruhig und entspannt. Trotz in mitten von Moabit ein ruhiger Ort zum zurückziehen. Sehr schnelle Hilfe bei Problemen. Alles was man braucht ist im Loft vorhanden. Wir waren begeistert und kommen jederzeit wieder. Danke

  32. Geräumiges ruhiges Loft in zentrumsnaher Lage

    Sehr schönes geräumiges Loft im Erdgeschoß. Das Gebäude liegt in einem netten Innenhof und ist daher sehr ruhig, absolut kein Verkehrslärm. Die Ausstattung ist angemessen (Ikea Style) und in gutem Zustand, alles ist sauber und gut in Ordnung gehalten. Die Parkplätze im Hof befinden sich vor dem Gebäude, die kleine Terrasse ist daher leider direkt neben den Autos, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Die Abwicklung der Buchung und des Aufenthaltes war einwandfrei. Die Lage ist zentrumsnah in Moabit. Zu Fuß bis zum Brandenburger Tor ca. 40 min, bis zum Schloss Bellevue 30 min. U-Bahn Birkenstraße ist in 5-10 min erreichbar, direkt bei der U-Bahn befindet sich ein großes Edeka E-Center, ein kleinere Edeka ist 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Alles in allem, eine gute Basis um Berlin zu erkunden!

    Vermieter und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Wohnung gut ausgestattet, vor allem gute Küche für Selbstversorger, Bäder sauber und modern; einziger Wermutstropfen waren die etwas knapp bemessenen Doppelbetten nach französischen Maßstäben

    Beautiful old stable with old time charm and new decor. Great mix. We picked it because it was close to our son but enjoyed the loft. There is also outside table and chairs we played cards and drank there. Very nice!
