    Erg leuk appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien. In de keuken is alles aanwezig en er is een fijne douche en een lekker bed. In de buurt zijn een paar restaurants en er zijn supermarkten dichtbij. Verder hebben we in de buurt niet veel ontdekt maar de bus en metro zijn om de hoek. Het is zeker een aanrader voor wie Berlijn voor de eerste keer gaat ontdekken.

Excellent hosts who kept in touch and managed to get us instructions to get in even tho we didn't seem to have anything compatible. All emailed to us & was made easy.

    Everything about the locatjon was very nice. The location is super relaxed and beautiful. One problem though: the wifi is very slow. There is a list of wifi and all of them led to stuttering youtube videos and slow netflix. Besides that everything was great. FULLY RECCOMEND!

    We enjoyed our stay at the Moabit apartment during our 4 day/3 night stay in Berlin. The apartment was small but comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, a patio off of the living room, and nice garden outside the bedroom. Even though the apartment did’t have air conditioning it was still comfortable with the fan and being on the first floor. The host was very responsive and helpful. Several train/subway and bus stops were nearby so it was very convenient to travel around Berlin and see everything. All in all a nice apartment and a great stay in Berlin.

Übergabe völlig problemlos. Die Möglichkeit Fahrräder auszuleihen war spitzenmäßig. Beim nächsten Berlinbesuch immer wieder diese Ferienwohnung! Absolute Empfehlung!!!

    This was a 25th anniversary present for my parents and they loved it! Away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre they were able to have peaceful mornings and nights at the Airbnb but well-connected public transport meant they didn't miss out on any sight-seeing. The Airbnb was just like the pictures and the little patio was a lovely touch although it was a little too cold this time of year for them to make full use of it. They said they'd be happy to stay again

Trotz der nicht ausreichend vorhandenen Deutsch Kenntnisse des Herrn am Telefon hat der Check in gut geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub.     Die Unterkunft ist ruhig. Sie ist für 1 Person geräumig. Ich war mit einer Freundin da, das Bett ist dann doch etwas schmal. Das Einzelbett war auf Nachfrage ein Klappgästebett, das in der engen Küche aufgestellt werden sollte. Unbedingt ist zu sagen, dass es so gar keine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit gibt. Tagessatz kostet 33 €. Die Gegend ist recht langweilig, aber dafür ruhig.

Kitchen had everything including Nespresso pods for a quick morning coffee before starting our day. Couch could be more comfortable but we didn’t really chill in the Apartment much as the back deck with decent weather was super nice. Lovely private deck 8-10min Walk to either U-Bahn or S-Bahn Made it easy to get around. About 30min total to get to Mitte/sightseeing attractions Would come again.

    Very nice apartment, located in a residential area. Well connected with bus and metro to the city. The apartment has a beautiful patio where you just chill out and have a beer. The kitchen is new and well equipped, with plenty of dishes, coffee maker, toaster and other devices. Wifi works just fine. We'll definitely stay there in case of another round in Berlin.

    I loved staying at this Airbnb! It was a beautiful, peaceful home with a wonderful courtyard to relax in. I wished to explore Berlin as much as I wished to stay here all day. Berlin is a huge city spread apart, and I would say this location is a bit away from the heart of the city. But despite that, it’s not difficult to walk a few blocks and find some hidden gems such as Wafele, a yummy waffle spot and Moa, a café about a 20 min walk away. I would totally stay here again, and it had many amenities that were so helpful for the 2 nights we stayed there. Thank you!

    Alles in dieser Wohnung war 1A :) ! Ich habe mich morgens sehr am Zwitschern der Vögel erfreut und hätte nicht gedacht, dass eine solche Oase mitten in Berlin möglich wäre. Die Küche war so ordentlich sortiert, wie ich es noch nicht erlebt habe und auch die Schließanlage war hochmodern.     Excellent apartment. Very comfortable, extremely well resourced kitchen, even including oil and seasoning. Easy check in. Lovely little courtyard for the sunnier days too. Not in the absolute centre of everything, but good public transport in all directions and it was a quiet location to stay. Would highly recommend.

    Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Check-in war reibungslos und gut beschrieben. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Es ist ruhig und vor allem ist das Bett sehr bequem. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Eine gute Ausstattung und auch Kaffee und Gewürze waren in der Küche vorhanden, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Wir werden wieder in der Unterkunft übernachtenden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Berlin.

Descansamos muy bien, estaba impecable y muy calentito (a agradecer cuando fuera estás a -5°). Lo mejor: la calidez y que tienes de todo para sentirte como en casa. La única pega: estás algo alejado del centro y la zona no tiene mucho que ofrecer, aun así, si controlas el transporte público, la ciudad está muy bien comunicada y es fácil moverte en bus/tren/metro/tram por todo Berlin.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seven Olives in Berlin! Very close to underground station which made it easy to travel around the city. The area is quiet and feels tucked away, very peaceful. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and well equipped. Despite the area being quiet and fairly tucked away, enjoyed late night drinks at ‘Freya Fuchs’ not too far from the apartment which I recommend. Would happily return to Seven Olives, thankyou for having us!

The person who we met was very friendly and informative. They also let us in the the place 4 hours before we were supposed to which was incredibly kind and really helpful for us. The place was spotless, kitchen had all mod cons with everything you would need. The hosts were really responsive and accommodating of our late check in with detailed instructions for entry. We had a fantastic stay - the only thing I might suggest for anyone staying is to take earplugs as the neighbours can be quite noisy at night and early morning.

Security is excellent and the apartment is behind a key locked courtyard door, and then a further key to enter the apartment itself. Great for privacy and those wanting a little extra space.

    The Seven Olives apartment is great! The apartment is a good size, its clean and well-stocked, the bed is comfortable and the shower is great. There's also a nice patio and satellite TV if you want to hang out at the apartment. Stephan is a great host - very friendly, helpful and professional. The location is in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Its very easy to get to central Berlin (and beyond) by bus/train, or by using one of the many scooter and bike sharing options available in the city. I mostly used scooters, which was fun and a great way to see the city. Its about a 15-20 minute scooter ride from the apartment to the Brandenburg Gate. I would stay again!

Le quartier est calme et ambiance sympa. Les transports sont à proximité et bien utile pour se rendre sur les différents points à visiter et avec la carte mensuelle à 9€ on peut prendre n'importe quel transport en commun. Bus et train tôt le matin à proximité du logement permettant un retour aéroport. Nous avons beaucoup aimé Berlin même si séjour court et barrière de la langue...

    Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht. Sehr schöne Lage in einem typischen Berliner Hinterhof. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles perfekt und zur jeder Zeit gerne wieder!!!

The kitchen is well equipped, everything was clean and very calm (in general the residency is very calm). It is well located and the communication with the hosts was very smooth. On top, if you are traveling with kids they will try to help you, by providing high chairs, baby cribs and even tricycles :).

Für den kleinen gab es ein reisebett und hochstuhl, beides im guten Zustand. Im Hof gibt’s einen Spielplatz.

    Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Apartment in Moabit. Die Austattung der Küche ist hervorragend, die ruhige Hinterhof-Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Anbindung an ÖPNV ist gut. Einen gut sortierten Supermarkt findet man in etwa 150m Entfernung. Das Apartment war sauber. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Apartment mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern.

    Appartamento molto carino e accogliente in posizione molto centrale a poco dalla stazione centrale e dalla fermata per il bus per l’aeroporto di Tegel (da casa all’aeroporto compreso il tratto a piedi 45 min). Cucina molto moderna e molto ben fornita, anche se una lavastoviglie non guasterebbe. Situato in una location davvero speciale, una ex fabbrica di pelli. È una vera oasi di tranquillità. Molto luminoso la mattina, anche se il cielo nuvoloso non aiutava granché, e molto ben illuminato di sera. Netflix ha conciliato bene il sonno. Stephan ci ha accolto impeccabilmente. Consiglio questo posto vivamente!!!

    Der Aufenthalt hat uns grundsätzlich sehr gut gefallen. Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben gut ausgestattet, die Lage, Anbindung etc. waren sehr gut. Allerdings ist zu erwähnen, dass die Sauberkeit im gesamten Appartement nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprach. Der Kontakt war stets einwandfrei und die von uns bemängelte Sauberkeit wurde umgehend behoben.

    Fonctionnel, propre et très bien équipé (manque peut-être un presse agrumes) charmant, très bien placé, quartier sympa. Accueil flexible et arrangeant. Nous vous recommandons le restaurant nana à côté du marché en briques rouge, et un restaurant italien dont le nom m'échappe mais à 10mn à pieds. Terrasse et cours intérieure très agréable. Transport en commun proche. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

    Das Appartment war sehr gut gelegen, wenn man in Berlin etwas unternehmen will. Die Einrichtung war neu und wertig, die kleine Terasse super. Wenn es RICHTIG warm wird - bei uns war es das noch nicht - könnte es mit dem Lüften schwierig werden, weil dafür nur die Türen auf den beiden Seiten in Frage kommen. Das schmälert den hervorragenden Eindruck allerdings nur marginal.

    The apartment is in walking distance of Birkenstrasse U station. It is incredibly well equipped with brand new crockery, kitchenware, and so on. There is even a laptop that guests can use. The back garden is absolutely lovely. The hosts are very welcoming, helpful, and trusting. Booking directly saves you the AirB&B extra fees. Thumbs up all around. We could not have asked for more.
