Gemütliche kleine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss eines historischen Fabrikgebäudes.

Berlinlofts bietet diese kleine schöne Wohnung in einem ruhigen, parkähnlichen Hinterhof im Erdgeschoß eines Fabrikgebäudes mit bewegter Geschichte. Berühmt geworden ist das Haus durch seine Bewohner, die Kommune 1. Die 68er Fritz Teufel, Dieter Kunzelmann, Rainer Langhans, Uschi Obermeier, U. Enzensberger haben an diesem Ort gelebt und ihre politischen Aktionen gestartet.

Die Wohnung hat eine große Terrasse. Die Wohnküche ist gut ausgestattet. Das kleine Duschbad liegt zwischen Küche und Schlafzimmer. Zum Innenhof in der Stephanstraße ist das Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett.
Das Apartment hat freie Internetnutzung.

Partys oder Feiern sind nicht erlaubt.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nördlich vom großen Tiergarten im Stephankiez in einem ruhigen, sehr grünen Hinterhof.

Die U-Bahn Station Birkenstraße und die S-Bahn Station Westhafen sind beide jeweils ca. 800 m entfernt und fußläufig gut zu erreichen. In der Perleberger Strasse ca. 300 m vom Apartment entfernt sind Bushaltestellen der Linie M123, die Sie in wenigen Minuten direkt zum Hauptbahnhof bringen. Von da sind Kanzleramt, Reichstag, Brandenburger Tor, Stelenfeld des Holocaust Mahnmals und Potsdamer Platz bringt.

Die Berliner Verwaltung erfordert eine Anmeldung für Übernachtungsgäste.
Die entsprechende Personendaten werden wir durch ein Buchungsformblatt im Voraus abfragen.

Lovely apartment Everything that you need is there Very clean As my companion has walking issues it was to far out for us, my error for not checking, but anyone that can walk it’s a great 8- 10 min walk for the train and easy to navigate

Alles in dieser Wohnung war 1A :) ! Ich habe mich morgens sehr am Zwitschern der Vögel erfreut und hätte nicht gedacht, dass eine solche Oase mitten in Berlin möglich wäre. Die Küche war so ordentlich sortiert, wie ich es noch nicht erlebt habe und auch die Schließanlage war hochmodern. Die beiden Türen der Wohnung lassen sich zum Lüften Kippen und dabei auch verschließen, was in heißen Nächten bestimmt praktisch ist. Ich komme sicher wieder! Nochmals gaaaanz herzlichen Dank

Excellent apartment. Very comfortable, extremely well resourced kitchen, even including oil and seasoning. Easy check in. Lovely little courtyard for the sunnier days too. Not in the absolute centre of everything, but good public transport in all directions and it was a quiet location to stay. Would highly recommend.

Fonctionnel, propre et très bien équipé (manque peut-être un presse agrumes) charmant, très bien placé, quartier sympa. Accueil flexible et arrangeant. Nous vous recommandons le restaurant nana à côté du marché en briques rouge, et un restaurant italien dont le nom m'échappe mais à 10mn à pieds. Terrasse et cours intérieure très agréable. Transport en commun proche. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Das Appartment war sehr gut gelegen, wenn man in Berlin etwas unternehmen will. Die Einrichtung war neu und wertig, die kleine Terasse super. Wenn es RICHTIG warm wird - bei uns war es das noch nicht - könnte es mit dem Lüften schwierig werden, weil dafür nur die Türen auf den beiden Seiten in Frage kommen. Das schmälert den hervorragenden Eindruck allerdings nur marginal.

The apartment is in walking distance of Birkenstrasse U station. It is incredibly well equipped with brand new crockery, kitchenware, and so on. There is even a laptop that guests can use. The back garden is absolutely lovely. The hosts are very welcoming, helpful, and trusting. Booking directly saves you the AirB&B extra fees. Thumbs up all around. We could not have asked for more.

Das Apartment ist wirklich super schön besonderes highlight ist die Terrasse, bei dem Wetter genau das richtige. Aber die Parkmöglichkeit eher schlecht. Die Vermieter sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
