    Property was very stylish and well equipped. When we arrived in the flat there was a minor problem which was efficiently dealt with by the manager. The floor to ceiling windows along the front of the flat gave light but some may find it a bit exposed.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is great! It’s located in a great, mostly residential, area within walking distance of Check Point Charlie. We found that we were in walking distance of many of the sites we wanted to visit. The apartment itself is clean and modern with a very nicely equipped kitchen. If you don’t want to cook there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. And our hosts were great! We highly recommend! Inside, the first floor has a living room sitting area with a TV. There are double doors that face the courtyard. There is a small kitchen with an island. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything seems new and very clean. On the second floor is a large bedroom and a bathroom. The staircase is a nice, normal, staircase. There is also a washer and dryer, so we’ll be using that before we lea

We could easily walk to local sites and Christmas markets within 15 minutes (give or take) or less. The place was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Berlin.

    Loved the loft layout. The living space was comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed. There's a nice coffee shop on the corner and an Edeka just two blocks away for groceries. The neighborhood is pretty sleepy but it's so easy to get around with ubahn stations nearby. We'd stay again for sure.

    This apartment was fantastic. After arriving from London and Paris we appreciated the spacious living area and large bedroom and bathroom. The place had everything you could need from high quality kitchen cookware to dishwashing tablets. We felt right at home! We were finally able to have a home cooked meal with all of the amazing kitchen appliances. The apartment was walkable to the main centre of Berlin. we took the metro a few times but mostly walked everywhere. The host had very clear communication and was really helpful with answering any of our questions. We highly recommend this place!!

    Can’t say enough good things about this place or Babette, the host. We’ve stayed in many airbnb/VRBO places and this was absolutely one of the best. Spotlessly clean with a very well appointed kitchen (incl a Nespresso machine, an unexpected bonus!). Everything was brand new and well laid out, with a spacious downstairs living area and a big bedroom (comfortable bed!) and bathroom (with a soaking tub) upstairs. There were many thoughtful touches like extra blankets and throws on the beds and sofa (we were there in November so they were welcome). When we stayed there it was extremely quiet, tucked back in an interior courtyard with a sweet little patio and table and chairs. The location is very near two U-Bahn stations and lots of coffee shops, good Indian and Vietnamese restaurants and a LIDL grocery. Around the corner from the Jewish Museum and a pleasant 20-30 min walk to Museum Island, Brandenberg Gate, and many other main attractions. Highly recommend!

A cafe and a couple of really good restaurants are a stones throw away and pretty much most things you'd need are a short walk away, including two metro stations, so it has excellent connectivity. Though you can easily walk to the city center.

    My husband and I spent a few weeks in Berlin and this was one of the airbnbs we stayed in. It was a lovely apartment - so clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Having a washer and a dryer was a treat. And while it’s not in the photos, there is an actual desk for a dedicated workspace which was so helpful. If you’re looking for a place that’s got a real Berlin neighborhood-vibe with lots of restaurants and cafes right out of your door, I’d suggest a different location, but if you’re looking for a spot close to a lot of tourist sites and museums and on the U-Bahn it’s a great spot.

    Loved our stay in Berlin - Spacious, bright rooms, loved the hardwood floors! - Nicely decorated with comfortable furniture to relax in after a busy day. The bed is comfortable and there is lots of space to unpack. - The bathroom is great with everything as expected plus a lovely big bath tub. - This unit is extremely well stocked with every possible utensil, lots of dishes, glasses, pots, and pans, right down to a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher. Very impressive. - The large windows open into a very pretty courtyard and there is a small deck with a patio table and chairs. - The dishwasher worked well but we did not use the washer/drier. - The neighborhood is very quiet and within walking distance of many places we wanted to see. The subway is also close by. Highly recommended.

    This apartment is conveniently located within a few minutes walk to a couple different U-bahn stations, making it easy to get around the city. The apartment is spacious for two people and becasue the entrance and bedroom face a nice, peaceful inner courtyard, it is very quiet at night, even though you are relatively close to tourist attractions and a busy part of Berlin. The separate washer and dryer, a rarity in European cities, was especially useful to do laundry in the middle of our vacation.

    We found Babett’s flat more than met our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, spacious , equipped with every amenity and furnished with restrained and tasteful style. Communication was excellent - I emailed Babett regarding an issue upon arrival and had it addressed within a few hours! Location on the Mitte/Kreuzberg “border” provided walkable access to many historic and cultural sites. I highly recommend this apartment to my fellow AirBnB travelers.

    Babett’s place is the Queen of Air B n Bs! I don’t know when I have ever stayed in a nicer, more functional, clean, and spacious apartment! It was full of wonderful surprises, including a local history book, describing the history and renovation of the building the apartment was in! Little things like a nightlight that turned on in the bathroom upstairs when you shut off the main bathroom light And even a fun shoehorn that look like a snake plus a little chalkboard for writing messages made the experience extra special. The place is very classy yet it feels like home. You are right in the heart of a bustling neighborhood, yet the apartment itself is very peaceful and quiet. Babett was always very responsive and helpful when we had questions. I just can’t say enough about what a great place it was and what a fantastic time we had in Berlin. I wish I could stay forever!

    Seamless check-in, immediate response to minor request, delightful exchange with host. Location perfect for our Berlin excursion. Bedroom very comfortable (be mindful of bed frame sharp edges!) Excellent bathroom with washer/dryer that was well utilized. Kitchen supplies were beyond our needs, everything & more if you want to cook! We enjoyed breakfast daily, the birds sang to us from the beautiful garden. We sipped tea relaxing on the very comfortable and enormous sofa listening to music as we planned our daily excursions. A quiet neighborhood with easy access to trains. Would highly recommend Casa D’Oro and wished we had stayed longer in Berlin. If we return, we’d stay here in a heartbeat!

    Casa D’Oro was a beautiful apartment with lots of space and comfort. It looked exactly like the pictures and was perfect for us. It is in the back of a nice courtyard so there is plenty of privacy and quiet and very secure with a locked gate access off the street. The apartment is a perfect place to stay near 2 different subway to be able to easily get around Berlin. Babett and Stephan were very responsive to any questions that we had a made lovely recommendations. Would definitely stay at Casa D’Oro if we found ourselves in Berlin again!

    You could not find a better location for your stay in Berlin. The apartment was beautiful. It was within easy walking distance of many of the sites you will want to visit. Everyone was very communicative with us during the process, they made it very easy. We highly recommend this property and the people we worked with. The neighborhood is great, very walkable with lots of good places to eat. Book this place if its available.

    Das Appartement war für unser verlängertes Berlin-Wochenende genau richtig. Sehr zentral gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Checkpoint Charlie, waren dir von uns angesteuerten Spots schnell zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sogar unterschiedliche Kaffeemaschinen standen zur Verfügung. Sehr gutes WLAN nicht zu vergessen. Auch was die Sauberkeit anging gab es nichts mäkeln. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

    I have stayed at A LOT of AirBnBs all over. This one is easily in my top three. This place is not owned by someone who lives there year-round, but rather it is run by a professional rental agency. And believe me, they are TOP-NOTCH professional. They have really thought of absolutely everything. My flatmate and I couldn't think of anything that were missing for us; so safe to say that I will be back again next time I'm in Berlin. They have other flats for rental in other neighbourhoods. Don't even hesitate to book one of their flats!

KochStraße station just a few minutes walk. U Bahn connection to Berlin landmarks if you don’t want to/or have no time to walk. Check Point Charlie short walking distance. Jewish Museum short walking distance. Supermarkets x 2 within walking distance either direction. Great coffee shop diagonally to right of your gate (on opposite side of road). English is easily understood. The apartment is fully equipped (just like home) you can cook your favourite meal and find everything you need. Thank you Stefan and Babette. :)

    Dejlig ren lejlighed. Ligger i perfekt afstand til Berlins mange oplevelser. Perfekt til par der er på storbyferie. Vi havde vores datter på 9 måneder med. Der stod en pæn opredt børneseng klar til hende og var en højstol. Det eneste minus var at lejligheden er meget lydt og vi derfor skulle være stille om aften, da vi ellers ville vække vores datter. Men ellers en virkelig dejlig lejlighed og kan helt klart anbefales til andre.

    Such a perfect experience. Staying with Berlin Lofts added extra comfort to a quick city break. It is perfectly located with a Ubahn stop close by and checkpoint Charlie just a short distance away. We were easily able to stroll up to the Brandenburg Gate too! The only trouble was the apartment was so nice to hang out in we were always slow to leave early and see more of the city! Highly recommend!

    This was an excellent stay for my family. The hosts put special effort into making up the travel cot for my 1 year old. The apartment had everything you needed and was a few extras like dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs to last us the weekend. Communication was great and when asking about TV, Stephen got straight back to us. Check in was easy and the location was amazing!! Only 5mins from check point Charlie. If travelling with children there is a great playback near by and a lidl. If we are ever back in Berlin we will for sure use casa d'oro.

    This has to be the absolute best AirBnB. Located in a quiet neighborhood filled with excellent international dining options. Although the kitchen is filled with every possible tool and utensil and steps away from two grocery stores, you can whip up a former meal at home too. Major public transport is a block away for quick trips to all the sights. The level of customer service was incredible! Let me just say that landing without any luggage not even a coat, the host offered to lend us some until our bags arrived. This place is better than home, situated in a convenient area, historic building turned modern loft, is where I will be studying when I return. I’m fact I’m already planning my next trip to Berlin around the availability of this place! Stop looking, book this one, the host has thought of everything and is willing to give you the coat off their back—quite literally. Many thanks for a cozy retreat after walking around at least a dozen Christmas Markets. Oh and the best one is only a few blocks away.

    Stayed here for 2.5 weeks during which we remote worked from the location. Great and very spacious apartment! Very clean, plenty of space to lounge, to relax, and to remote work. Excellently equipped modern kitchen. Two big smart TVs, comfortable bed and sofa. Big bath. The location is quiet and no standout restaurants except Na Num within 5min walk, but excellently located to explore popular neighbourhoods as well as museums. Feels like living like a local here.

    Wonderful space and stay for a couple or individual in Berlin. I stayed for five nights for a work trip. The space is clean, modern, has everything you need and faces a tranquil courtyard. It is in a perfect location in a quiet area of the neighborhood, with easy access to groceries...But, it is also within a 5 minute walk to all the central restaurants, sightseeing and shopping one could dream on the famed Friedrichstraße. Stephan and the team were responsive to any questions I had. Super highly recommended.

The apartment is extremely secure and the brand-new Wi-Fi works like a charm We were able to enjoy Berlin as we expected Every morning we would walk to Brandenburg gate, find a coffee shop, wander back and get ready for the day ahead. We highly recommend this Airbnb and thank the owners for their attention to detail. Although we stayed in summer, the double glazing and hydronic heating will make it as warm as toast, I have no doubt.

    The apartment is situated very central. Parking is free in the street (if you can find a spot). The metro is close. Three supermarkets in the vicinity. That is just the start. When you enter the completely renovated old building into the courtyard you are welcomed with tranquillity and history. The apartment is situated at the back, meaning you have no noise from the street or the shops. Entering the apartment you step into luxury and attention to detail. The sofa is great. The rooms are very spacious. The lighting is good. The kitchen is fantastic. We did a lot of cooking, requiring different tools and utensils. All were present. Boiling your tea-water to the correct temperature is just a nice attention to detail. The chromebook present there to search the internet is another. But it goes further. There was a HDMI-cable if you wanted to use your own laptop to watch TV. There was a book explaining the history of the building. There were herbs and spices in abundance. The hosts really go out of their way to make your stay feel like a real luxurious vacation. I recommend this apartment strongly to any potential travellers who are looking for that bit extra on their trip.

    This has to be the absolute best Rental in Berlin. Located in a quiet neighborhood filled with excellent international dining options. Although the kitchen is filled with every possible tool and utensil and steps away from two grocery stores, you can whip up a proper meal at home too. Major public transport is a block away for quick trips to all the sights. The level of customer service was incredible! Let me just say that landing without any luggage not even a coat, the host offered to lend us some until our bags arrived. This place is better than home, situated in a convenient area, historic building turned modern loft, is where I will be studying when I return. I’m fact I’m already planning my next trip to Berlin around the availability of this place! Stop looking, book this one, the host has thought of everything and is willing to give you the coat off their back—quite literally. Many thanks for a cozy retreat after walking around at least a dozen Christmas Markets. Oh and the best one is only a few blocks away.

    The apartment is in an 1895 vintage building but has been fully remodeled recently in a clean, functional and attractive Euro style -- a great combination. The apartment is delightfully quiet, in spite of being in an active area. The kitchen is fully equipped and the owner has added lots of little touches to make your visit that much more comfortable. There are upstairs and downstairs TVs and other amenities. The owner is responsive to questions and the bed is great. The location is a short 2 blocks to a U-bahn station, so you can get anywhere efficiently. There are an array of good, diverse restaurants within a few blocks (French, Italian, Peruvian, Indian, Middle Eastern, Spanish, Thai, etc. etc.) We have already recommended this place to friends and we'd certainly hope to stay there again on a future trip to Berlin. HIGHLY recommended all around!

    I had a wonderful stay in this centrally located loft. Conveniently nestled between two U-Bahn stations, you can access all parts of the city easily. The loft was newly renovated and tastefully furnished with modern appliances and a full kitchen. Rarely does one find a place that is actually more appealing in person than in the photos. The loft is spacious and has beautiful natural sunlight, hardwood floors, outdoor space, and all modern amenities. Interacting with the hosts was a joy and all queries were promptly addressed.
