In the period from 2nd January to 31st March, we rebuild five garages in the courtyard into small maisonette apartments.
The construction is optimized in such a way that impairments are minimized as far as possible.
Nevertheless, we can not completely rule out any possible noise.
Therefore we reduced our prices for this apartment by 15% for the period mentioned above.
The discount is already included in the rates on this site.

The old horse stable building is located in a quite courtyard environment, close to the Fritz-Schloß park. The name of the apartment is derived from historical function of the 100 year old building as a service workshop for the near Ulanen barracks which had 1200 horses. The apartment is suitable for a group of 6. It has 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have Queen Size beds and there is an additional sofa bed. There two bathrooms one with bath tub one with shower close to the bedrooms. The main living room with live-in high quality kitchen has wooden table which let you host up to 6 people.

Neighborhood

The apartemt is located in the North of Tiergarten in the lively but not too crowded neighborhood called "Stephankiez". It is close to the inner city airport Tegel.

Transit

The next underground station (Birkenstrasse) and the next S-Bahn station (Westhafen) are about 700 meters away. Bus stops of the line 123 are about 300 meters from the apartment, which takes you in a few minutes to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). From there the political city centre with Reichstag building and Brandenburg Gate are easy to reach.
