    We really enjoyed our stay at Babett's! The flat has everything you could ask for! The kitchen has so much equipment. It was very clean et quiet. The bed is very confortable, we slept very well. We had a problem with our arrival flight but the team was quick to answer our concerns about the arrival. The instructions were very clear about the keys and how to find the flat. I highly recommend staying there when you come to Berlin.

    The apartment was clean and as it showed in the pictures! The kitchen is full equipped with all the appliances and an espresso machine! The 5th floor is a thing if you are out to see the sightseeing! You can’t find a coffee store or any other shops around the area, the closer is 10-15 min. In addition, the transportation isn’t good! If you want to go at the city center(35-40minutes) you need to change from bus to the underground or tram! The curtains definitely need to change to black out! The apartment loses from the location!

    Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock (ohne Aufzug) im Hinterhaus. Es ist nachts sehr ruhig. Alles war sehr sauber und es war nett eingerichtet. Sehr schönes Bad und wirklich top ausgestattete Küche. Es gab sogar eine Nespressomaschine und Kapseln. Besonders nett fanden wir, dass ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl für unsere Tochter organisiert wurde sowie ein Fahrradschloss für unseren Kinderwagen. Einziges Mako war das Bett, das fanden wir unbequem. All in all: Klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Berlin! Vielen Dank an die freundlichen Gastgeber

    Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub in Berlin hier, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles da, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Nur die nächstgelegene U-Bahn war leider 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ansonsten war alles super. Wir kommen nächstes Mal gerne wieder.

Esta todo muy cuidado, cada detalle. Con cafetera Nespresso y capsulas para los dias que vais, i cafe de maquina si asi lo prefieres. La cocina 10/10, super bien equipada para dos personas y con todo lo necesario y mas. Siempre estuvieron atentos, fue genial.

The pillows were uncomfortable and the shower curtain could do with a freshen up. Other than that, a wonderful stay. The location was where we thought it would be so the short journey into the town centre was fine for us. Prepare for a lot of steps to the apartment!

    Der sehr freundliche persönliche Empfang war ein toller Einstieg in den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Besonders erwähnenswert: ein Schlüssel für jeden Gast; Küche mit Tee, Kaffee (sowohl Filterkaffe als auch Nespresso-Maschine!), Gewürzen usw.; modernes Bad mit Badewanne. Außerdem steht den Gästen ein Tablet zur Verfügung. Wir waren total zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

    Alles genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und in sehr gepflegtem Renovierungszustand (auch z.B. Treppenhaus). Nachts sehr ruhig trotz zentraler und verkehrsgünstiger Lage. Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und freundliche Gastgeber. Ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder, wenn ich in diese Ecke von Berlin muss.

    A beautiful studio with fun decor and lovely surroundings. We came from Berlin Central Train Station and it was only a 30 minute walk through a lovely area of Berlin. We were also able to get easy transport links to the centre during our stay. There was a map left with all key local shops/areas which was very helpful. The space was incredibly clean and had a good set of kitchen amenities. Checking in was very easy as we were sent very clear instructions on collecting the keys, before our arrival. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Berlin!

    The apartment is nice and extremely well kept, including a modern bathroom and a well-stocked kitchen. The main area is spacious, colorful and with big windows. The neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible from the central station, especially by bus. The host has been friendly and helpful, providing us with useful indications about the city and the neighborhood. All in all, we appreciated the accommodation a lot and we’d recommend it to everyone (who doesn’t mind four flights of stairs)!

    Really enjoyed our stay at the Berlin loft. Such a fun and bright place well connected to local bus and train services. The communication was amazing with the capacity to contact someone 24/7. Only downside was there is no elevator however this was clearly communicated at the time of booking!

We unfortunately arrived during a heatwave and there was no Aircon so we were suffering a bit but it's not the hottest country usually. Overall a lovely stay.

    This apartment was exactly as described! The hosts were very helpful and friendly and they have people on staff 24/7 in case you call. The apartment was spotlessly clean while also having everything we needed for our stay. The only downside of this apartment is maybe the location, depending what you're looking for. It is rather far (by public transport) to some parts of the city as Berlin is huge and the apartment isn't on a major subway stop. That being said, we managed to get around fine as Berlin has great busses.

    Wir sind mit unserer kleinen Tochter (8 Monate) für 4 Tage im Storchennest geblieben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und man hat einen guten Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation war auch super und der flexible Self-Checkin hat auch gut funktioniert. Einziger Minuspunkt: 4. Etage ohne Aufzug, aber alles machbar ;)

Offre anche una buona comodità per vivere l'alloggio stesso (cucina attrezzata, tavolo per pranzare e/o lavorare, una comodissima poltrona!) e fornisce tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari compreso addirittura un computer collegato alla rete internet, che comunque è veloce e affidabile anche se usata con i propri dispositivi. Tutto rispondente alle descrizioni, host disponibili, chiari e veloci nel rispondere alle richieste di informazioni aggiuntive. Ottimo alloggio!

Solo no lo recomiendo para personas mayores ya que queda en un quinto piso ( que en realidad es un sexto piso) sin ascensor y subir las maletas es bastante pesado.

We met Maria when we arrived and we were able to store our bags and collect the keys to come back at check in. Everything was explained to us and we felt very at home!     Net appartement dat precies zo is als op de foto's. Het was ruim voor onze midweek met de faciliteiten die je wenst. Als je wilt kun je er uitgebreid koken, want er zijn enorm veel keukenmaterialen aanwezig. Ook in de vorm van specerijen! Het appartement ligt vrij centraal. Zowel met bus als metro kun je snel in de binnenstad komen of uitwijken naar andere gedeeltes van Berlijn. Ook zijn er genoeg café's voor ontbijt in de buurt. Ja het is wat trappen op om er te komen en het trappenhuis is vrij gehorig. Aan de andere kant is iedereen erg rustig en is het muisstil op de binnenplaats waarop je uitkijkt. Wij hebben genoten van het appartement. De communicatie ging vlot. Ik geloof dat de verhuurder meerdere appartementen in de stad heeft. Daarom is het ook zo professioneel geregeld. Eerder / later aankomen was geen probleem. We werden daarnaast in zeer goed Engels opgevangen. Wel zo praktisch als je eigen Duits matig is.

The only negative is the location as it takes a while to get to most spots in the city by public transportation. On the other hand, Hauptbahnhof is a short ride away with the cab so would recommend to use that to if catching a train.

    Het appartement was gemakkelijk te vinden. Bij aankomst was de ruimte erg schoon. Het is een ruime kamer met een mooie badkamer en een prettige keuken. Het bed ligt lekker en er is een televisie aanwezig met daarop veel te kijken. Ook had de kamer een muziek box en laptop. Leuk uitzicht op een klein hofje en de omgeving was rustig maar met alle benodigdheden binnen handbereik, zoals bijvoorbeeld de bushalte. Ik zou er zeker nog een keer heen gaan!

    We stayed at this apartment for a week and loved it! The heating worked perfectly and the space was very clean. The bed was also super comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful. The building doesn’t have an elevator but we got used to the stairs pretty quickly. It’s very easy to get around this area and the central railway station is close by. Thank you for a nice stay!

Siamo stati accolti dalla receptionist di turno ed è stata molto chiara nell’illustrarci l’appartamento ed i servizi offerti. Localizzato nella periferia di Berlino, ma con fermata del bus a circa 200 metri, ed una volta preso, in pochi minuti eri in centro. Soggiorno di 3 notti passato molto bene, consigliatissimo.

Only minor drawbacks are that they don’t have a full body mirror and it’s a bit far away from the centre of Berlin. However, we rented electric scooters and it was a fun 25/30 min ride to all the touristic attractions. I will definitely recommend staying here.

    Clean and quaint apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our 3 day Berlin trip. The nearby coffee and market food hall were great! Apartment is about 10 minutes bus ride from Berlin Hbf and about 30 minutes from the popular Kreuzberg area. There are two bus routes that service the AirBnB. Babett was kind enough to provide a replacement room fan within an hour after we noticed the one in the room was not functioning properly. Be advised that that room is a 5th floor walk-up.

    We had a really great time staying here, wish we had more time to explore the local area a bit more as they have really cute cafes etc and the apartment itself was very nice. It may not be very accessible if you have mobility issues as it is located on the 5th floor but we really enjoyed our stay. We also felt it was easy to communicate with the host and they left books and maps that could be helpful if you need some extra support with getting around Berlin!

    We highly recommend this Airbnb facility. Everything was expected as advertised in the online post. The communication was smooth and the location is amazing. You cab reach the train station either by bus or bike in short time. We had an issue with our bikes and the host offers the possibility for renting bike (even fixing yours).In conclusion, a nice compromise between price and accomodations.

    Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti nell'appartamento di Babett. L'alloggio si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo, a circa 7-10 minuti a piedi da due fermate della metro, vicino a ristoranti, bar e supermercati. L'appartamento è molto pulito e dotato di ogni comfort necessari per brevi soggiorni. Sicuramente consigliato!

    Apartment is as described. Only a half an hour walk to the main center of the city. Very accessible. The host is very accomodating to all requests and stayed up till very late at night to wait for us to check in. All required amenities provided. Would really recommend the place if staying in Berlin.

    Espaço lindo, limpo e confortável. Tem até máquina Nespresso e a cozinha é super bem equipada, com micro-ondas, forno, fogão, geladeira, cafeteira, chaleira elétrica e torradeira. Perfeito para quem busca um lugar completo. A única consideração é que o apartamento não fica tao centralizado ou próximo dos pontos turísticos nem das principais linhas de metrô, o que tornou o dia-a-dia um pouco mais complicado em termos de locomoção. Para aqueles que não consideram isso um problema, vale super a pena, pois o apartamento é realmente excelente.

    Cozy and stylish studio - nice and clean, recently renovated and in a quiet location outside of Berlin City centre. Babett was welcoming. Not a great deal nearby but located in a quiet little apartment block area. Closest Ubahn/Sbhan a 15 min walk or there's a bus that gets to the central station in 10mins. We love Berlin and it was nice to be back.

    When we arrived we were greeted by one of the hosts who was very friendly and informative and was even able to converse in English which was very helpful for us. The place itself was very stylish & clean... On a chalkboard behind the door was a personalized message welcoming us to Berlin which was a very nice touch. The property is located in a quiet but central area. Directly across the street you have the bus stop for the 123 bus (very regular) which will take you to the hbf station which will connect you with all the trains and other buses... If youre looking to go a bit further across berlin then around the corner you can find the underground (U-Bahn). The kitchen had everything you could ever need... All cooking utensils and some ingredients even a nespresso machine with pods. The bathroom was very nice and overall the place is more than we expected. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back again. Cannot reccomend this place enough, it is ideal for a couple.

    El apartamento es tal y como se describe y se puede ver en las fotografías. Estaba muy limpio y cuenta con todo el equipamiento necesario. Es perfecto para dos personas, y tiene muy buenas conexiones de transporte público. Los únicos inconvenientes eran la conexión WiFi, que fallaba en ocasiones, y la ausencia de persianas (allí no debe ser costumbre tenerlas), lo que puede ser un problema si te molesta la luz a la hora de dormir.

    Das Storchennest ist eine schöne, kleine Behausung mit sehr guter Ausstattung (vor allem die Küche! aber auch das Bad mit Föhn und ein Bügeleisen mit Brett und ein kleiner Computer mit Internetzugang). Man schaut über die Dächer und befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen, hübschen Hinterhof, der sehr stilvoll, wie auch das Appartment selber, gestaltet ist. Die Lage ist also sehr gut und für weitere Distanzen kann man gleich vor Ort Fahrräder leihen (toll!). Das Onboarding von David war sehr nett und sehr informativ. Ein tolles Nest für einen Berlinbesuch. In der Nähe gibt es ein Jamaikanisches Restaurant, das nicht bei den Tipps der Gastgeber dabei war - die Tipps waren gut, aber auch das ist zu empfehlen, weil es sehr authentisch ist ("Ya Man" Gotzkowskystraße 17). Herzlichen Dank an David und das Team!

    The Storchennest apartment was exactly like described, with a little kitchen with everything you need and a private bathroom. The apartment is at the fourth floor without elevator, which is the only negative aspect , although clearly mentioned in the announce. Ideal for single or couple. Stephan, who received us, was very friendly and communication was perfect. The closest metro station is Birkenstrasse or alternatively Turmstrasse, about 10/15 min by feet, acceptable, although we prefered taxi to come back at night. I reccommend this place. Thanks again

    El establecimiento de Babett es increíble. Es limpio, bonito y espacioso. Encontrarás todo aquello que necesites y más pues la cocina está completamente equipada y el baño también. En invierno, el apartamento de Babett es muy agradecido, pues tiene calefacción por toda la casa y se está muy a gusto. Se encuentra en una bonita zona, MOABIT, y con transporte público, puedes viajar a cualquier parte de la ciudad. Lo recomiendo especialmente para parejas y para realizar una escapada romántica, pues es un loft ideal y super bien equipado para pasar un fin de semana o unos días tranquilos junto a alguien.

    Nice, comfortable and clean apartment, full equiped, kitchen with all the tools, and in general perfect for the stay in Berlin! Close to the main station, 20 min walking or 5 min by bus, so the arrival was very easy. The apartment is inside, in a very nice and community of apartments. Calm, no noises for a perfect rest!

    Ich habe im Vorfeld sehr gute Informationen zur Anreise erhalten und der Bezug der Wohnung war problemlos. (Anreisezeit war sehr flexibel) Die Wohnung selber war wie beschrieben. Alles war vorhanden, geputzt und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Es war für uns eine gute Grundlage für einen schönen Urlaub in Berlin.
