    Mooie loft, goed verzorgd, fijne lichte ruimte, twee badkamers, vier slaapkamers. Alles was schoon en fris. De verhuurder heeft aan veel fijne, kleine details gedacht: koffie, thee, suiker, zeep, afvalzakken, kruiden zijn allemaal aanwezig. Buurt waar de loft zich bevindt, is heel divers en rustig, wat heerlijk is na een drukke dag in de stad. In de buurt zelf is niet veel te doen/zien, maar OV is nooit ver weg. Berlijn is een leuke stad en de loft aan de StephanstraBe een hele fijne uitvalsbasis.

The apartment itself is amazing and is perfect for a group of friends or family traveling. We had everything we needed to cook at the apartment but they also provided a great map showing everything nearby us. Highly recommend this host and apartment. We would definitely love to stay with them again in a future visit to Berlin!

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso die Arminius Markthalle, welche einen Besuch wert ist.

    Wir haben das Loft für einen family trip mit 9 Personen gebucht. Das Appartment war perfekt für unsere Zwecke. Wir wurden sehr nett vom Vermieter empfangen und fühlten uns gleich willkommen. Die Großzügigkeit der Wohnung mit dem großen Esstisch, einer komplett eingerichteten Küche und bequemen Möbeln animiert zu langen Frühstücken und langen Abenden. Einfach perfekt! Super zentrale Lage und trotzdem absolut ruhig.

    This was a spectacular property in a very quiet neighborhood. My adult daughter from Berlin and I (from US) met friends from France, and we had so much room in this spacious, beautiful home. Everything is beautifully appointed! Here you will not find all things from IKEA 😜… you find unique and special high-quality items throughout the home. Stephan was always very communicative and helpful. I really wanted to say thank you in person. I was so sad to leave the keys and close the door behind me!

    Wir haben uns zu 7. sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein sehr großzügiges Loft-Apartment mit zwei Bädern und 4 Schlafzimmern. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man grundsätzlich benötigt. Auch der großzügige Esstisch war genau für unsere Zwecke geeignet. Dazu eine gemütliche große Sofaecke, wo alle Ihren Platz fanden. Moabit ist zwar jetzt nicht die schönste Ecke von Berlin, aber man ist sehr gut angebunden und kommt überall hin. Der Sightseeingtour stand somit nix entgegen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, um nicht zu verhungern :-) Das loft liegt in einem ruhigen Innenhof, so dass man von der Außenwelt abgeschirmt ist und ruhig bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn wir in dieser großen Runde verreisen.

    Wir haben als Grossfamilie uns in Berlin getroffen, die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Was besonders toll ist, ist das riesen Wohnzimmer, so kann man in Ruhe essen und die Kinder spielen. Der Tisch und auch das Sofa bieten für alle Platz. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung schlicht und funktional eingerichtet. Ich hätte mir auch im 2. Bad einen Mülleimer gewünscht, denn als Frau läuft man ungern mit Binde durch die Wohnung, um sie in der Küche zu entsorgen. Wir mussten heizen, die Heizungen haben aber gut gewärmt, obwohl der Raum so hoch ist.

    Such a nice, clean and spacious apartment! We were 5 friends staying for a bit more than a week, and the apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The bathrooms were nice too, especially the bathtub. We really appreciated that the flat wasn't just furnished with IKEA furniture, but had a bit more personality. The area was quiet and in walking distance to public transport and groceries. Only minus was that the wifi was a bit spotty and there wasn't great 4G reception in the apartment either. Other than that, it was fantastic and we hope to come back :)

    Wer mit einer größeren Gruppe nach Berlin reist, ist in diesem großzügigen Loft genau richtig! 4 einzelne Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und sehr schöner offener Raum zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Verweilen. Die unmittelbare Nähe zur öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindung und mit dem Bus 123 in knappen 10 Min am Hauptbahnhof ist diese Wohnung ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für etliche Unternehmungen in Berlin. Auch wurden wir von den Mitarbeitern von berlinlofts sehr freundlich empfangen! Alles hat perfekt geklappt! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden und eine ideale Ausgangslage für etliche Erkundungen und Unternehmungen in Berlin. Wir waren als 2 befreundete Familien da (insgesamt 8 Personen, davon 4 Kinder) und hatten genug Platz und ausreichend Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist wirklich top ausgestattet und der/die GastgeberIn waren sehr proaktiv und zuvorkommend. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und kommen selber gerne wieder!

    Great place. Spacious as described, with four good-sized bedrooms around a very large common area surrounded by large windows. Two sizable bathrooms, one quite large, with great showers. Well-stocked and easy to cook-in kitchen. Lidl 3 blocks away for groceries. A little less straightforward to get to public transportation and walking distance restaurants a bit scarce. Very nice and will book again without hesitation when back in Berlin.

    My family and I reunited from Germany, Cyprus and Australia. The Loft was the perfect place for us to meet and hang out. there was sufficient space for everyone to enjoy quiet time when needed. The kitchen was very well equipped which allowed us to stay in a few evenings cooking and eating together. The showers were very good and fans were available to cool the rooms as it was hot at night. The perfect space and so easy to get to the many transport facilities.

    Wow! Having stayed in many serviced apartments and vacation rentals I can honestly say that this was one of my favourites! The apartment was extremely spacious, well kitted out, quiet, super clean, and the outside areas very well kept and welcoming.     The loft was large and bright. It was perfect for our family of 5 with two full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Babett and colleagues were extremely responsive and helpful. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of the bus lines to take you into the main attractions of Berlin. There is also a Lidl grocery store within walking distance where we were able to pick up snacks and breakfast foods. Also found a wonderful Italian restaurant close by, Sapori di Casa. Having spent a week in Italy prior to Germany, it was authentic and the staff was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend Berlin Lofts for a family or group wanting a quiet Berlin place to call home.

Everything needed for an infant was provided and in great condition … including toys, crib, high chair, adorable rocking horse and soft clean rugs to play on. This apartment was in a good location for public transportation and very safe neighborhood. We also found a grocery store and several good restaurants very close by (Turkish, Italian, and Vietnamese). The kitchen was well equipped and came with the needed basics to use. The bathrooms were VERY spacious and clean and updated. We loved the natural light through the large windows. We also loved the comfortable living room where our family could easily gather together for conversation. I would highly recommend this loft apartment to families traveling to Berlin.

We had a wonderful time cooking together in the super well-stocked kitchen (including blender for baby purées and freezer for teething ice lollies!). It was a really generous and airy space to use as a base with all the stress of travelling with an infant for the first time taken out. High chair and crib both there, lots of toys and a lovely bathtub to play in and warm up after being out and about in February.

There were 7 of us in total and it was so comfortable for us all, with loads of space. Beds were really comfortable, and the temperature (as it was very cold outside), was just perfect. If we ever go back to Berlin would most definitely stay there again. Thanks for hosting us.

    This Airbnb is even nicer than in the pictures, absolutely massive apartment with plenty of space for larger groups. It is located within a 15 minute walk of an S Bahn station which links to the airport and central Berlin (about 10 minutes away on the metro), along with a 10 minute walk to a U Bahn station linking to nearby sections of Berlin. We were provided with three sets of keys which was very convenient, along with nice extras such as coffee pods, washing machine tablets, and dishwasher tablets. We did have an issue with the shower drain, however there are three shower options across the apartment so this wasn't a problem. We would highly recommend this apartment, great value for money!

    We came for New Year Eve, 4 adults and 5 kids, and the loft was perfect. Extremely spacious, clean, light and well configured. It is in a wide and green courtyard, extremely quiet. We had never seen such a well-equipped kitchen in a flat for rent ! There were almost everything you could think of ! We had a lovely stay and would come back without hesitation although the location is not really central, but as it is very well connected by public transportation, it is not really an issue. It was easy and nice to get the key. Everything went extremely smoothly and was very friendly. Many thanks !!

    This has to be among the loveliest accommodation we’ve ever stayed in for our annual winter holidays. When my family and I checked-in around 7:00 in the evening, we were greeted by a warm, cosily-heated and softly-lit loft which immediately cheered everyone up. This is just one of the thoughtful gestures we’ve experienced throughout our stay in this beautiful loft. Our stay in Berlin is so much more memorable with such an amazing place to come back to every evening. The loft is charming, spacious, clean and has everything we ever needed including plenty of space to hang our clothes and jackets (this lets us keep our clothes organised and not strewn all over the place; but this part is often overlooked in some other places we’ve stayed before). Pre-check in instructions are clear to the “t” complete with photos for ease of orientation. Very highly recommended. Tq Stephan, Babbett, Claudia and Sofi. Happy New Year!

Meget som på billederne. Stille og rolig gård, uden støj fra gader eller naboer. Men selve placeringen var ikke den bedste. Men heldigvis er der offentlig transport i nærheden, og til den pris, så kan man ikke klage. :) Kan klart anbefalde Berlinlofts til alle dem der rejser i større grupper. Mange tak for opholdet.

    Diese Wohnung war mehr als ideal für uns mit 4 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern. Die Teenies können sich zurückziehen, die kleineren frei spielen während einer in Ruhe kocht, einer liest in der großen Ecke und einer schläft im letzten Raum. Das Haus ist voller Geschichte (Kommune 1, Jimi Hendrix) und das spürt man die ganz Zeit. Die Anbindung an den Hauptbahnhof funktioniert tadellos, die U-Bahn zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus schnell erreichbar. Wir haben schon viele Wohnungen gesehen, aber so sauber haben wir es noch nie vorgefunden. Wir kommen bald wieder.

Wir waren zu 10 Personen und es war perfekt viel Platz und mit zwei Bädern. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschirr gibt es wirklich ausreichend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.     Eine super grosse Wohnung die sehr gut ausgestattet ist ! Sie ist sehr hell und gut gelegen. Leider war es Nachts manchmal ein bisschen laut, den es gab andere Mieter die um 3-4 Uhr morgens Lust hatten, noch zu quatschen und zu feiern. Ich habe besonders die Kommunikation mit dem Loft-Team sehr geschätzt, immer präzise und hilfsreich. Eine tolle Wohnung für Leute die Berlin entdecken wollen... und das sagt eine Ex-Berlinerin, die leider keinen festen Wohnsitz mehr in Berlin hat !

    Een zeer ruime loft, goed uitgerust en handig met de grote gemeenschappelijke binnenplaats (fietsen, toegang). Zeer hulpzame ontvangst, eigenaar woont vlakbij en communiceert vlot. Een Lidl dichtbij, superette achter de hoek open tot laat, bakker, restaurantjes,… . Het is geen toeristische buurt, wel een echte woonwijk. Leuk en op en top Berlijns.

    Dieses Loft ist absolut fantastisch! Die Ausstattung ist grandios (es gab sogar Kaffee, Gewürze, Spülmittel, Seife, laptop, 2 Föns... die Liste ließe sich endlos fortsetzen!), checkin und checkout waren super easy. Die Einrichtung ist toll UND sehr funktionell und unseren Wünschen für Zimmerbelegungen (4 Mädchen in einem Zimmer, dafür ein Einzelzimmer für unseren 17jährigen Sohn) wurde durch Zustellbetten perfekt entsprochen. Beide Bâder sind perfekt und auch die Lichthöfe und der Innenhof sind superschön. Wenn man erstmal rausgefunden hat, dass man mit einer Buslinie (die nur alle 20min fährt, also Fahrplan beachten), schnell am Hauptbahnhof ist, mit einer anderen schnell an der U-Bahn in Richtung Mitte und auch direkten Zugang zur U9 hat in Richtung Zoo, dann merkt man schnell, dass die Anbindung an das öffentliche Transportsystem wirklich sehr gut ist. (Uns hat die BVG-App und google maps gut geholfen - und die Stadtpläne und Infomappen im Appartement). Ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind direkt vor Ort, die in der Nähe liegenden Bars und Restaurants sahen abends einladend und gut besucht aus, wir haben sie aber nicht genutzt. Alles in allem: der perfekte Ort, um mit 2 befreundeten Familien ein paar schöne Tage in Berlin zu erleben. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

    Babett and her team managed to set accurate expectations before the trip and meet those throughout the stay. Their places are located 20-30 mins outside of Downtown but conveniently close to Tegel airport. Public transportation in Berlin makes getting around pretty easy. They gave us a heads up that WiFi speeds might not be up to our needs (a group of 8 working remotely), which also turned out to be accurate. They're very professional and clearly have been hosting for a while, which made every step of the process a smooth one.

    The Berlin Lofts 220 square meter flat is fantastic for a group. We were a group of 8 arriving in Berlin for a concert. Everyone in our group loved the accommodation. It is well equipped and the comfortable. Lots and lots of space to lounge and enjoy times with friends. well, equipped kitchen to prepare meals for large groups. lot and lots of windows for natural lighting. comfortable beds. I was surprised to find actually double beds instead of two smaller mattresses pushed together. I could not recommend this place more highly. There is also a fantastic seafood place a short walk from the flat called Delphin Seafood and Steak. Go out the front door and turn left you will find it.

    A great place to stay! Very clean, great hosts and more space for a group than you could want for. Easy to live together as a group and have our own space when required. Quiet neighbourhood meant that we could combine the sights and bussle of the centre with down time when we got back. Would definitely recommend!

    We were a family group of 8 with 2 kids. The loft was amazingly spacious, well equipped kitchen, puzzle and toys for the kids, comfortable beds, beautiful natural light. When you walk in, there is an "Ahhh" moment when you walk into the huge, open space! There are several restaurants and grocery stores w/in easy walking distance. The U Bahn and S Bahn are very walkable. Its 15-20 minutes from the main train station, and about 45-60 mins stroll to Brandenburg Gate and all the other sights near The Wall, Reichstag and even into Alexanderplatz. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend it!

    Really enjoyed our stay in this huge 4 bedroom apartment. We were 4 couples and it was great to have 4 big bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms. We travel together quite often and it's hard to find a big enough place. Very well located, well equipped, secure, quiet and with a lovely friendly host in the flat above. Would definitely recommend this apartment for a group stay or family.
